Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader to supervise 4–6 retail offices, driving a consistent client experience and high performance. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and ensure readiness across offices.

You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, using data and insights to improve service and business outcomes while managing staffing, facilities, and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations with measurable outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a consistent consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and build bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and readiness.
