You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, team performance, and business results while maintaining an in-person presence across locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations including labor management.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to travel frequently, with in-day travel and minimal overnight stays.
• Comfort with facilities, staffing, or compliance as operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to improve experience.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching from observed behaviors and performance outcomes to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements for results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, labor, compliance, and SOPs.
