Job summary

Medical Facilities of America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services to support skilled nursing facilities in the Virginia Beach area.

You will serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, guiding clinical initiatives, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring compliance with MFA clinical programs across centers. The role requires an active Virginia RN license (BSN preferred), a minimum of five years in nursing administration and education, experience in

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Virginia RN license.
• Minimum of five (5) years in nursing administration and education.
• Experience in post-acute, geriatric, and rehabilitation settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, evaluate, and recommend clinical initiatives to improve patient care outcomes across the region.
• Facilitate implementation of and ensure compliance with MFA clinical programs.
• Assist center management with action plans following audits and monitor follow-up activities.
• Plan and support clinical training for department staff and facility teams as indicated.
• Prepare reports related to center visits, progress, and areas of clinical focus as requested.
• Collaborate in the planning, evaluation, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
• Assist company leadership in formulating policies governing nursing services.
• Support center administrative teams with survey management and the development of plans of correction.
