Centers Health Care is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Upstate New York. You will lead Directors of Nursing and facility teams, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and excellence in resident care.

The role requires an active New York RN license, 5+ years in nursing leadership, and the ability to travel across Upstate NY. Strong DOH regulatory knowledge and mentorship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• At least 2 years regional or multi-facility leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NY DOH regulations, survey process, and clinical compliance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence clinical teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel frequently (day and overnight) across the Upstate NY region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor Directors of Nursing, clinical leaders, and nursing staff across assigned facilities.
• Monitor and support compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and survey readiness.
• Partner with Facility Administrators and Regional executives to address challenges and implement best practices.
• Conduct facility evaluations and create corrective action plans as needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of clinical leadership staff.
• Provide clinical expertise and serve as a resource for problem-solving and mentorship.
• Travel regularly across facilities in the Upstate NY region.
