Job summary

Phillips Medisize, LLC is seeking a Regional NPI Manufacturing Engineer to support NPI project launches at our MPS WI Medical sites in Menomonie, New Richmond, and Hudson. The role will help ensure optimum engineering of projects to meet customer and manufacturing requirements, with a home base in Menomonie.

Core hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Travel between Menomonie, New Richmond, and Hudson will be expected based on resource needs, with up to 20% travel to global vendor sites

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering with 5 years of related experience in manufacturing.
Experience in manufacturing or medical device manufacturing environments is preferred.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support regional NPI projects across PMM, PMNR, and PMSCM sites.
Liaise with project engineering, manufacturing and customers for program implementation.
Provide technical support to manufacturing processes and drive cost reduction and quality improvements.
Coordinate and lead engineering efforts to meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
Interface with customers regularly to resolve issues and communicate progress.
Create and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time completion.
