Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Merchandiser to visit customer locations across DFW, West and East Texas. You will drive your own vehicle to set merchandise per planograms, evaluate sales, and recommend replacements to improve store results.

Responsibilities include servicing stores, providing high-quality customer service, stocking, pricing, shelf maintenance, and reporting hours. Overnight travel is required with per diem and hotel support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months merchandising and customer-facing experience.
• Able to interpret and execute planograms.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and must be able to travel to customer locations.
• Driver's license with clear driving record.
• Frequent activity - lift 5-25 lbs, up to 70 lbs for cases.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations.
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
• Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required.
• Maintain safe store aisles.
• Maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
