Core-Mark is hiring a Merchandiser to support our Texas territory, including DFW, West & East Texas. You will drive your own vehicle, set displays per planogram, and monitor store needs to maximize sales and profits.

The role requires overnight travel 50-70% with per diem and hotels, plus mileage reimbursement. You will service stores, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain merchandising standards daily.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 6+ months merchandising and customer facing experience.
• Must be able to interpret and execute planograms.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and travel to customer locations.
• Driver's license with clear driving record.
• Frequent activity - lift up to 25 lbs; may lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations.
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
• Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required.
• Maintain safe store aisles.
• Maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Details:

• pay is $18.00 an hour
• Schedule is Monday - Friday starting at 8am
• 50%-70% driving travel is required (Per Diem and company paid hotels when traveling).
• Overnights are a must and territory will cover DFW, West & East Texas
• Phone & Car allowance + Mileage reimbursement available!

Position Scope:

As a Merchandiser, you'll drive to customer locations using your personal vehicle, to meet with the customer, place merchandise in the display areas following set plan-o-grams, ensuring that every square foot of the store is properly set according to plan. You must be able to assess critical needs and notify management immediately of any issues. You'll also assess customer sales and identify which items are not selling or are discontinued for each particular customer, making recommendations for replacement items that will increase sales and profits for the customer.
