Job summary

A regional mental health service provider seeks a County Coordinator in Rankin County to assist the County Administrator with overseeing clinical operations and staff. Responsibilities include supervising programs, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and supporting crisis response efforts. Candidates should have a Master’s Degree and supervisory experience in mental health. A valid Mississippi driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Preferred 3-5 years of supervisory-related experience including Management and Human Resources.
• Must possess or be working toward an independent license or Dept of Mental Health Certification.
• Must have a valid Mississippi driver’s license and travel within the catchment area.

Responsibilities

• Assist the County Administrator in fulfilling responsibilities for total Clinical Operations.
• Delegate responsibilities for center activities to other mental health center staff.
• Support Psychosocial and Day Treatment Programs.
