Job summary

EPIC Healthcare is hiring a Regional MDS Nurse (RN) to support our skilled nursing facilities with expertise, leadership, and a commitment to quality resident care.

As part of the regional clinical team, you will oversee MDS processes, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor coordinators, and collaborate with facility leaders to optimize reimbursement and care quality.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of MDS coordination experience in skilled nursing.
• RAC-CT certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of RAI, PDPM, and reimbursement guidelines.
• Ability to travel regionally between facilities.
• Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.

As a key member of our regional clinical team, you’ll provide hands‑on support to facility MDS coordinators, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and optimal reimbursement through precise assessment and documentation practices.
