Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager, Outreach to drive da Vinci procedure growth in a designated region. You will translate national strategy into localized plans, activating surgeons, hospitals, and referral networks to accelerate adoption.

You will partner with Sales leadership, develop regional market development plans, and measure impact with KPIs. Domestic travel (~75%) and cross-functional collaboration are required as you help transform patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience developing and executing regional growth strategies.
• Ability to analyze market opportunities and translate insights into regional plans.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual regional market development plans aligning priorities and resources.
• Serve as the field-based marketing partner for an assigned region with strategic market development support.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and accelerate procedure adoption.
• Translate national marketing strategies into localized execution plans to drive activation and growth.
• Maintain a strong field presence and engage with key stakeholders to enable sustained market development.
• Lead educational events and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen referral generation.
