Job summary

KUS is seeking a management trainee in Plano, Texas to assist the Retail Marketing Manager with regional marketing activities. This hands-on role offers exposure to all areas of regional operations and a potential path toward District Manager positions, which may involve field travel and relocation.

The role reports to the Plano regional office and requires onsite work five days per week, with opportunities to develop skills across advertising programs and incentive management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Marketing Manager with coordination of advertising programs and activities, including dealer marketing meetings, DAS and regional marketing fund tracking.
• Prepare and distribute regional reports to monitor sales, digital KPIs/sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, and training activities.
• Ad-hoc projects as requested by regional management.
• Administration of regional promotions, auto shows, training and incentive programs.
• Administer special incentive programs, communication of regional marketing and incentive programs to dealers and staff, monitoring of payments, enforcing policies.
