Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the North American Region to drive strategic marketing initiatives and regional plans in a cross-functional setting. You will partner with product management, sales, digital marketing, and operations to create campaigns, generate leads, and boost revenue while analyzing market trends and ROI.

This on-site role requires an advanced degree and strong leadership, with 15-25% travel and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree with 6+ years in B2B marketing in life sciences or related fields.
  • Preferred fields: Marketing, Business Administration, or sciences.
  • Certifications in marketing or scientific domains beneficial
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize performance
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail

As a Regional Marketing Manager supporting the North American Region at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll implement strategic marketing initiatives to build growth and market position. Requirements
  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences, diagnostics, or scientific instruments

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, or scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)

  • Additional certifications in marketing or relevant scientific domains beneficial

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and optimize marketing performance

  • Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms

  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional organization

  • Strong presentation skills for engaging various stakeholders

  • Self-directed with ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Travel requirement of 15-25%

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $93,800.00-$125,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
