TM Associates Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Regional Manager with LIHTC Lease Up expertise to lead affordable housing portfolios in the Northern VA/MD area.

The role requires coordinating development, operations, and financial performance across properties, with travel across the region. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in regional management, strong budgeting skills, and familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of regional management experience.
• LIHTC Lease Up experience required (no exceptions).
• Experience in affordable housing programs including LIHTC and Section 8.
• New construction/Rehab experience preferred.
• Overnight travel is required.
