ARC’TERYX in San Francisco seeks a Regional Manager to lead the Northern California team, delivering exceptional guest experiences across owned stores. You will drive regional performance, coach Store Managers, and partner with HQ to place the right products at the right time.
This role requires 5+ years leading multiple stores, strong communication, P&L accountability, and willingness to travel, including weekends or holidays.

As the Regional Manager, you will lead the brand’s team members in the Northern California region to bring Arc’teryx to life through building strong communities and ensuring a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints within our owned retail and outlet stores. You are accountable for all aspects of regional performance. You lead the charge to drive retail operations and lead Store Managers to help deliver the vision of the brand and execute s service at the highest level. You drive and track objectives and key results across all channels to reach sales and financial goals. You are well connected and build relationships to elevate the brands connection to guest. You are a natural, and inspiring people-first leader, with a passion for growing and developing high-performing teams.
The US Commercial team is accountable for delivering sales through all local channels. We meet the guest where they are shopping and ensure Arc’teryx is represented consistently and at its best. As the retail landscape changes, we will work together to evolve our approach with creativity and teamwork.
The salary range for this role is: USD$124,00 - USD$162,700
Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay isdeterminedby your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
