Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare discipline required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience including nursing/healthcare experience.
• At least 2 years in a management/leadership role with 3 years cross-division experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and collaborate with client IT and clinical units to meet project success criteria.
• Demonstrate high performance in people management and people development.
• Serve as an ambassador for informatics and healthcare IT.
• Understand and monitor national/ regional healthcare trends around nursing indicators.
• Use data to tell the story by tracking metrics and influencing strategy.

Education
