Southern Pine Lumber is seeking a Regional Manager to lead three Florida regions, with a base in West Palm Beach or surrounding areas. You will be responsible for yard performance, regional operations, and sales, while coaching yard managers and building strong contractor relationships.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in management and in building materials, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background/drug checks.

• Be accountable for the performance of every yard in your region
• Develop and coach yard managers in your region. Coach them, back them up, and keep the bar high
• Keep daily operations and sales running strong across your region
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and HR issues across your region
• Keep receivables and customer accounts on track
• Build real relationships with the contractors and builders in your region
• Make regular visits to locations and customers across your region
• Report to upper management

Southern Pine Lumber is stepping into its next stage of growth. We’re adding Regional Managers, one for each of three regions, and we need strong leaders to head them up: Northeast Florida, Southeast Florida, and West Coast Florida.

Regions

• Southeast Florida: St. Lucie County to Key West (based in West Palm Beach or surrounding areas)
• Northeast Florida: Indian River County to Nassau County, plus the Orlando area (based in Rockledge or surrounding areas)
• West Coast Florida: Pasco County to Collier County (based in Sarasota or surrounding areas)
