Job summary

Wize Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead warehouse installation projects across the U.S. from planning to completion. You will be the primary customer contact, ensuring top-tier communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationships while managing budgets, timelines, and safety standards.

You will supervise and develop Project Leads and installation crews, drive safety practices, and optimize resources for efficiency and profitability. Travel across regions is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, operations management, construction management, or related leadership.
• Experience directing warehouse racking, material handling, or installation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining customer satisfaction and finances.
• Strong leadership: coaching, training, and developing field teams.
• Deep knowledge of planning, budgeting, scheduling, labor forecasting, and execution.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive data-based decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe workplace culture.
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
• Preferred: OSHA 30 or other PM certifications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, labor and travel costs, equipment expenses, profitability, and change orders.
• Develop schedules, coordinate crew availability, allocate resources, and meet critical timelines.
• Lead, train, and mentor Project Leads, Foremen, and installation teams.
• Monitor performance, coach, and enforce company standards.
• Drive safety compliance through site audits and toolbox talks.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Own:

• Lead warehouse racking installation projects from planning through completion while ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and schedule attainment.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, providing exceptional customer experience, project communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, labor utilization, travel costs, equipment expenses, profitability, and change orders.
• Develop project schedules, coordinate crew availability, allocate resources, and maintain critical project timelines.
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop Project Leads, Foremen, and installation teams while building future leaders.
• Monitor employee performance, conduct coaching and performance reviews, and hold teams accountable to company standards.
• Drive safety compliance through site audits, toolbox talks, OSHA compliance, and safe work practices.
• Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Track key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Conduct job walks, project reviews, customer meetings, and site inspections to ensure operational excellence.

Experience You'll Need:

• 5+ years of project management, operations management, construction management, or industrial installation leadership experience.
• Experience managing warehouse racking, material handling, industrial construction, or related installation projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing, coaching, training, and managing field installation teams.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, labor forecasting, and operational execution.
• Excellent communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze project performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to building a strong safety culture.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned regions.
• Preferred: OSHA 30, or other project management certifications.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred. Candidates who can effectively communicate in both languages will be given preference due to the needs of our workforce and customers.
