Smalltown Dental is seeking a Regional Manager of Hygiene based in Springfield to drive clinical excellence across all locations. You will lead hygiene standards, partner with the Clinical Director, mentor hygienists, and ensure consistent policies and patient care.

The role requires travel between Bloomington and Morton locations as needed, Monday–Friday schedule, and a focus on audits, training, onboarding, and team development to maintain high-quality preventive care.

Overview

The Regional Manager of Hygiene plays a key leadership role in driving clinical excellence and consistency across Smalltown Dental's hygiene department. This individual partners closely with the Clinical Director, Practice Managers, and hygiene teams across all locations to set standards, support professional development, and ensure every patient receives outstanding preventive care.

This role is based out of our Springfield location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hygiene standards, protocols, and KPIs across all Smalltown Dental locations


• Partner with the Clinical Director to develop and implement consistent hygiene policies and procedures


• Mentor, train, and support hygienists across the organization


• Conduct regular chart audits and performance reviews to ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Dental Hygienist required; leadership or mentorship experience preferred


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Comfortable traveling between locations as needed

Schedule

Monday – Friday

Pay Range

$75,000 – $80,000 per year
