Job summary

Hilltop Residential in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a multi-site DFW portfolio, driving performance, resident experience, and culture. This full-time role requires travel across the portfolio and leadership of onsite teams.

You will coach Community Directors and leasing staff, optimize revenue and expenses, implement site-level procedures, and act as the link between corporate and field to ensure consistent execution. Hilltop promotes from within and supports growth.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site multifamily management with strong operational results.
• Advanced budgeting, variance analysis, revenue optimization and reporting.
• Leadership style that develops people and drives engagement.
• Experience with property management software, preferably OneSite/RealPage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-starter and collaborative.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site DFW portfolio to Hilltop standards.
• Develop and coach onsite teams including Community Directors and leasing staff.
• Drive financial performance via revenue growth, cost control and reporting.
• Implement site-level operating, maintenance and cost-control procedures.
• Serve as liaison between corporate and field, translating strategy into execution.
• Support growth and acquisitions in the DFW market.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and support onsite teams, coaching Community Directors and leasing staff to grow in their roles and deliver consistently
• Drive financial performance across the portfolio through revenue maximization, disciplined expense management, and accurate reporting
• Implement and continuously improve site-level operating, maintenance, and cost control procedures in line with Hilltop standards
• Serve as the connection between the corporate team and the field, translating strategy into consistent execution at the property level
• Support Hilltop's continued growth and acquisition activity in the DFW market

Requirements

What You Bring

• Proven multi-site multifamily property management experience with a demonstrated track record of strong operational and financial results
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, revenue maximization, and accurate reporting
• A leadership approach that develops people, not just manages them
• Experience with property management software, preferably OneSite/RealPage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter mentality paired with a collaborative, humble approach to leadership
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President.
