Job summary

PDS Health in Charleston, SC seeks a Regional Manager to lead all non-clinical operations across its dental offices. You will build strong teams, mentor operations managers, and drive regional revenue growth aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

You will identify new modern PDS-supported offices, oversee strategic analysis, coordinate regional trainings, and ensure high standards of efficiency and patient focus while managing multiple projects and timelines under pressure.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

They are to provide leadership and guidance to their group of offices, and will play a vital role in identifying and opening new, modern PDS-supported offices.

Compensation Information

$82,719.00-$124,089.00 / Annually
