This role acts as a liaison between the home office and field by supporting a portion of Bath & Body Works 1800+ stores with store maintenance issues and escalations. The specialist will partner to understand trends, act quickly to partner to resolve issues, and execute day-to-day support through a customer-focused lens.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Experience supporting maintenance tickets in a multi-unit retail environment.
• Ability to communicate with home office, field, and external partners expertly and effectively.
• Solid understanding of general maintenance practices, tools, and resources preferred.
• Previous experience with FEXA preferred.

Education

Direct trade or maintenance experience or 2/4 year degree preferrable but not required
