Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to ensure safe, clean, and fully functional gym environments across multiple locations in the Irvine region. You will lead district maintenance technicians, manage vendors, and coordinate major repairs while ensuring high member satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and CMMS proficiency, with a focus on safety, liability, and collaboration with executives and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Maintenance management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Leadership/Management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of multi-unit management; may oversee up to 25 locations.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management and Leadership – Teach, mentor and lead District Maintenance Technicians in-person and remotely.
• Communicate with Executive Leadership, Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers and Gym Operations personnel appropriately.
• Outside Vendor Management – Identify, evaluate, establish, and maintain relationships with key outside vendors.
• Coordinate with landlords for major repairs.
• Ensure Quality Assurance for facilities.
• Provide support for projects as needed.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all building systems.
• Manage OpenWrench tickets and inventory.
