Qualifications

• Regional maintenance manager with healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of the Assisted Living facilities.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in top working condition.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to uphold safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and supply orders.
• Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure timely, efficient service.
