Regional Maintenance and Reliability Manager

FullTime LaSalle, CO, US

Salary Range: $140,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually

About Us

At BerQ RNG, we turn waste into opportunity.

We're on a mission to make renewable natural gas a mainstream, reliable, and part of North America's clean energy future, capturing biogas that would otherwise be flared into the atmosphere and transforming it into something valuable: clean, renewable fuel.

Across the U.S. and Canada, countless sites release biogas because it's "too hard" or "too expensive" to use. We see that as a challenge worth solving. Our team builds, owns, and operates RNG projects that prove sustainability and profitability can go hand in hand. Every project we develop helps farmers, communities, and investors participate in the energy transition while directly reducing emissions. • Manage CMMS performance and data integrity, ensuring accurate asset hierarchies, work orders, failure information, labor‑hour capture, inventory records, and maintenance reporting.
  • Lead reliability engineering and continuous improvement, including equipment criticality assessments, FMEA, root cause analysis, identification of recurring equipment failures, corrective actions, and optimization of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Manage asset reliability and critical spares, including spare parts strategy and inventory, condition monitoring of critical assets, and reliability of gas quality, metering, analyzer, emissions control, and other equipment supporting pipeline injection and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead outage and shutdown planning, including annual plant shutdowns, digester cleanouts, equipment modifications, and shutdown support.
  • Manage maintenance contractors and external resources, including scope, cost control, spending caps, performance, and monthly reporting, while building in‑house capability for routine electrical, instrumentation, and controls work.
  • Maintain technical standards and documentation, including as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, maintenance SOPs, and other technical documentation. Develop and deliver equipment and maintenance training for site personnel.
  • Own maintenance performance and reporting, including PM compliance, schedule compliance, backlog health, reactive labor, MTBF, MTTR, uptime, contractor hours, maintenance costs, and the regional maintenance budget, including forecasting, variance reporting, and capital requests.
  • Support capital planning and reliability‑driven investments, identifying retrofit, replacement, and other opportunities to improve reliability, reduce waste, energy consumption, and emissions.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring maintenance activities follow applicable safety procedures and requirements and supporting safe execution of work by employees and contractors.
  • Support regional and fleet‑wide reliability initiatives, applying BerQ RNG maintenance standards and KPI definitions and partnering with the Director of Reliability & Maintenance and other teams to continuously improve maintenance and reliability practices.

Qualifications:
