Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Greenfield, IN to lead and develop a team, manage production, staffing, and scheduling, and ensure safety and quality standards in a fast-paced distribution setting.

You will communicate with associates and leaders, implement the area plan, monitor productivity through data, and uphold Walmart's values of integrity and service while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Attending and completing all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained and complying with policies and procedures.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and providing feedback, coaching, and evaluation.
