  • Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Managing sourcing strategies and supplier relationships within your area of responsibility.

We are looking for a REGIONAL LOGISTICS DIRECTOR to join our Group Logistics team in North America. The position is located in Norwalk, USA.

What is the job that awaits you? In this strategically important role, you will ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective logistics operations in your region while supporting customer satisfaction and business profitability. Working closely with our Business Areas and external logistics service providers, you will play a key role in shaping and developing Metsä Group's logistics network and supplier partnerships. As Regional Logistics Director, you will be responsible for regional logistics sourcing, supplier management, and capacity planning.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Leading logistics tendering processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management activities
