Job summary

Gavel Transport is seeking a Regional/Local CDL Class A Driver to support our delivery network and customer commitments. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to regulations while providing competitive pay and benefits.

You will transport goods between vendors and auction locations, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate loads. Strong communication and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A with interstate capability.
• 2 years CDL driving experience; 2 years OTR preferred.
• Clean DMV and CDL record; no accidents or citations preferred.
• Ability to operate ELD equipment.
• Bilingual is a plus; English required as primary language.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport goods to Nellis Auction locations.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery by type and quantity.
• Operate within all DOT, state, and FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism day or night.
• Record driving statuses in ELD and manage rest breaks properly.
• Complete and submit BOLs and required documentation.
• Keep fuel levels adequate and inspect vehicles daily.
• Liaise with Logistics Managers and drivers.
