Sitemetric seeks a bar-raising Regional Leader (RL)to provide operational and leadership support across multiple Sitemetric projects within the region of focus. In this role, you will ensure successful launch of new sites, targeted support for underperforming sites/projects, stability for smaller projects, and smooth transition of project-related leadership. In this way you will serve as a key bridge between site leadership (Site Logistics Leaders, Shift Leaders, and ACOs) and the Regional Director, promoting consistent performance, operational alignment, and professional development across all active projects.
We are looking for a Regional Leader—ideally who has already proven themselves as a Sitemetric SLL or in a similar capacity at an outside business—who takes pride in serving a critical role in construction and shows up each day with a positive attitude and desire to have impact with a market-leading business. If you are a self-starting, customer-focused team player who wants to be part of a fast-growing, innovative company that’s changing how the construction industry operates, you will flourish with Sitemetric.
At Sitemetric, we turn technology into services that transform how the world is built.
This enables our customers to lead the change in critical areas of construction operations: workforce, safety, security, reporting, communications, logistics, and more.
We work closely with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to customize offerings to their needs, including digital onboarding, smart badging, real-time location systems, messaging and mass texting, integrated turnstiles, real-time reporting, emergency mustering, and more.
We currently serve as trusted partner to a growing number of the US’s largest, most forward-looking owners and contractors, working with them to ensure what we offer meets their evolving needs, with thousands of companies and workers already on the Sitemetric platform. Together, we are leading the change in how the world is built.
As Regional Leader, you will provide operational and leadership support across multiple Sitemetric projects within the region of focus. More specifically, the RL ensures successful launch of new sites, targeted support for underperforming sites/projects, stability for smaller projects, and smooth transition of project-related leadership. The RL serves as a bridge between site leadership (SLLs, Shift Leaders, and ACOs) and the Regional Director, promoting consistent performance, operational alignment, and professional development across all active projects.
The Regional Leader reports to the Regional Director, who maintains direct oversight of the region’s larger, more complex, and/or higher-profile projects—those with full-time Site Logistics Leaders (SLLs) or high operational intensity. Within this structure, the Regional Leader (RL) supports overall regional operations by:
In addition to these core responsibilities, the RL will also oversee smaller projects—typically those operating under 200 weekly billable hours or not sufficiently large or complex to require an onsite salaried SLL. For these projects, the RL will work with the Regional Director to:
The Regional Leader will carry out these specific responsibilities to support the broad responsibilities above.

Coordinate with customer to establish expectations, deliverables, and communication standards. Create post-coverage plans aligned with customer requirements. Collaborate with Recruiting to staff site with ACOs, Shift Leaders, and Site Logistics Leaders. Lead orientation and training for new personnel. Perform all functions of Site Logistics Leader until official SLL is assigned to site and fully trained.
Oversight and Coordination of Regional ACO II Support Team. Lead a regional ACO II team, ensuring deployments align with operational priorities. Coordinate ACO II utilization for new projects, underperforming projects, short-staffed or transitional sites, and leadership mentoring assignments. Manage travel logistics and scheduling in coordination with Regional Director. Provide performance feedback and coaching to ACO IIs to prepare them for expanded responsibilities.
Oversight of Small Projects (<200 Weekly Billable Hours). Provide direct operational oversight of projects under 200 weekly billable hours. Staff these projects with high-performing ACO IIs to sustain operational excellence without a full-time salaried SLL. Review site documentation, schedules, and reports regularly to ensure compliance and accountability. Conduct customer communications and field checks to maintain trust and consistency. Recommend structural adjustments or leadership assignments as projects expand and/or evolve.
Leadership Transition and Staffing Support. Temporarily manage projects when an SLL departs or transitions. Work with Recruiting and HR to identify suitable replacements and manage transition process. Maintain operational stability and customer confidence through periods of leadership turnover.
Performance Support and Remediation. Deploy at the direction of the Regional Director to assist with underperforming or developing projects. Assess site operations, documentation, and team engagement. Develop and monitor remediation or recovery plans with site personnel. Mentor site leaders to improve efficiency, compliance, and professional standards.
Regional Representation and Leadership Coverage. Represent Regional Director during meetings, customer interactions, and/or site visits when needed. Uphold Sitemetric’s standards of professionalism, consistency, and reliability in all field engagements.
Leadership Development and Mentorship. Identify high-performing Site Logistics Leaders, Shift Leaders, and ACO IIs with potential for advancement. Conduct quarterly leadership check-ins with site leadership to discuss performance, engagement, and growth opportunities. Partner with Regional Director to evaluate readiness for expanded assignments or promotion. Lead training refreshers and leadership alignment sessions focusing on company standards, communication, and field professionalism.
Field Audits and Site Quality Oversight. Conduct scheduled and unannounced site audits to verify operational compliance and leadership engagement. Use standardized audit checklists or scorecards to track quality and consistency. Develop and monitor corrective action plans for any identified deficiencies. Submit quarterly summaries of site performance and improvement actions to the Regional Director.
