Job summary

H&R Block in the United States seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices, ensuring consistent, high-quality client experience and excellence in consultative service, operations, and results. You will set expectations, coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

This role owns office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple locations and drive results.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service delivery.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and readiness.
