Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks a Regional Lead/Principal Engineer & Preconstruction Manager with a CA PE license to oversee design and preconstruction for Bay Area projects. You will lead a team of design engineers, prepare estimates, and craft proposals to win work.

The role requires managing key client relationships, coordinating with senior engineers and VPs, and ensuring high-quality outcomes on complex HVAC and plumbing installations.

Qualifications

• Active P.E. license in CA is required.
• BSME or equivalent engineering degree.
• Experience with Design-Build, Title 24, and OSHPD is required.
• 5+ years in medium/large commercial HVAC or plumbing construction.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to design, estimate, write proposals, and execute projects.

Requirements:

• Active PE License in CA and BSME
• Familiar with Design-Build, Title 24, and OSHPD
• Advanced hands-on technical knowledge with CAD, Revit, Trace, HAP, among other applications
• Work for a medium or large commercial hvac or plumbing construction company for 5+ years
