MercyOne Health System seeks a Regional Laboratory Director to lead laboratory services across the MercyOne Regional Health Ministry in Iowa. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, compliant laboratory operations and drive service line excellence.
The role requires a minimum of 10 years in healthcare leadership, MT/MLS certification, and strong collaboration with system and clinical leaders. Excellent communicate and budget management are essential.
