Job summary

Citi seeks a seasoned Invst Counselor Func GrpMgr to lead multiple teams of senior professionals within the Private Client Investment group. The role requires strategic thinking, strong investment expertise, and oversight of regional operations to ensure revenue growth and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating CIM and Capital Markets, expanding platform offerings, and maintaining strong client relationships while mentoring a large team of investment professionals across the NAM

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in investment management and advisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage a large team and a P&L.
• Demonstrated track record in managing sales and service functions for a large client-focused investment organization.
• Securities exams: S7, S66 (or 63) with SIE as prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver CPB Investments business across the region.
• Develop regional strategy, client segmentation, product positioning and regulatory compliance.
• Lead client engagement as the face of Investments in the region.
• Recruit, develop and retain investment professionals across NAM investments.
