BluSky is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager - Commercial Insurance to drive growth across assigned regions and national markets as needed.
You will build and nurture relationships, conduct face-to-face meetings, and manage opportunities through Salesforce, aiming to exceed annual sales goals while representing BluSky at events.
This role requires 3+ years of BD experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong networking skills, and the ability to travel for training and client meetings.
The Regional Business Development Manager - Commercial Insurance is responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing relationships. Primary responsibilities include inside and outside sales activities such as networking, lead generation, social media, and participation in trade associations.
Within assigned region of responsibility and nationally, as applicable.
Occasional travel. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
