Job summary

National Heritage Academies in Michigan's Flint area is seeking a full-time instructional coach to support Linden Charter Academy (24 hours) and Burton Glen Charter Academy (16 hours). The role centers on coaching through regular classroom observations and one-on-one meetings with a team of teachers to promote effective instructional practices.

You will deliver frequent feedback and evaluations to help educators grow, document progress, and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements in the applying state.
• 3+ years of teaching experience preferred.
