Job summary

Jobtailor in Charlotte, NC is seeking a strategic leader to drive the regional Innovation Hub. You will translate global direction into a scalable operating model and coordinate hub activities with project engineering teams.

You will identify new business opportunities, build internal and external partnerships, optimize resource use across regional and global teams, and thrive in a matrixed organization with regional travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years within metal cutting, manufacturing, or industrial solutions.
• Proven success in solution-based / consultative selling environments.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and customer manufacturing needs.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including direct leadership and leading through influence.
• Ability to operate and deliver in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results.
