What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement safety programs to enhance HSE performance and compliance
- Proactively drive safety initiatives and oversee incident claims to ensure timely resolution
- Establish and enforce standardized environmental practices in line with regulations
- Track and report HSE performance metrics and collaborate with site managers
- Serve as the primary HSE expert, providing guidance and support to site leadership teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety role, either as an individual contributor or manager
- Detailed knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations in North America
- Proficiency in the iCare EHS system (preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting effectively at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel 25-35% across the U.S.

- Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven safety improvements
- Familiarity with Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) principles
- Proven track record in risk identification and management across multiple sites
