Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and improve safety programs to enhance HSE performance and compliance
  • Oversee incident claims from inception to closure, ensuring timely resolution and preventive actions
  • Track and report monthly HSE performance metrics in collaboration with service center managers
  • Conduct workstation risk assessments and facilitate the identification, prioritization, and mitigation of risks
  • Serve as the primary HSE expert for the assigned region, providing strategic guidance to site leadership teams
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a safety role as an individual contributor or manager
  • In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations in North America
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present effectively at all levels
  • Familiarity with the iCare EHS system (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel 25-35% across the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing safety initiatives and driving measurable improvements in safety performance
  • Knowledge of Safety Management Systems and experience with audits
  • Ability to promote a culture of safety ownership among frontline employees
  • Skills in data analysis for identifying trends and driving targeted safety improvements
  • Familiarity with Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) principles
