Supports a variety of core HR programs by performing administrative tasks, data analysis, training support and by providing communication to HR partners and client leaders. The Regional Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative, project, and analytical support to Human Resources Business Partners and HR leadership across the region. This role is responsible for coordinating HR programs and initiatives, preparing reports and presentations, analyzing workforce data and employee trends, supporting audits and compliance activities, and assisting with employee engagement and retention efforts.
