Canteen, a Compass Group brand, is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR across assigned markets in the Southwest Division and Northern California. You will partner with operational leaders to drive objectives, provide coaching, succession planning, and ensure compliant HR programs.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 7+ years of multi-site HR experience, strong employee relations, and ability to travel 40–60%.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of HR experience across multi-site operations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proven project management and leadership coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% in the region.
• Flexibility to support outside standard hours.
