Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Hospital Maintenance Technician to support the Tulsa/Oklahoma City region. The role involves maintaining hospital facilities, performing repairs, and coordinating preventative maintenance within a healthcare-oriented veterinary network.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in construction or facilities management (preferred) and at least three years of related experience. Travel within the Tulsa/OKC area is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Facilities Management or a similar field is preferred.
  • Three years of experience in Construction or Maintenance are required.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, casework, and general building constructions.

Responsibilities

  • Live by Mars Five Principles.
  • Identify, manage and perform facility maintenance tasks.
  • Repair and maintain painting, cabinetry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, lighting, flooring.
  • Manage maintenance work orders and schedules, coordinate with hospitals and managers.
  • Source and manage painting contractors.
  • Perform medical equipment preventive maintenance and report damages.
  • Inspect and report facility damages and construction variances.
  • Communicate updates to managers and field leaders.
