Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Regional Clinical Liaison for HIV Treatments in the United States. This field-based role covers broad regions and requires deep HIV knowledge to engage healthcare providers, KOLs, and regional decision-makers.

You will help shape scientific advocacy, engage medical leaders, and support congress activities while coordinating with the HIV Marketing Team to integrate insights into brand planning and cross-functional go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree and US residency/fellowship training preferred where applicable.
• Board certification or equivalent clinical specialization (infectious diseases, internal medicine, pharmacy practice, or related).
• Current US professional licensure/credentialing appropriate to the role.
• Minimum 4 years clinical experience in the US, HIV-related care or HIV-focused public health/pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide approved scientific and clinical expertise to HCPs, KOLs/MOLs, and other stakeholders.
• Expand regional scientific presence by translating evidence and labeling information into practice.
• Create a regional feedback loop to inform HQ about KOL networks and barriers.
• Attend key sales meetings and national congresses as needed.
• Operate in compliance with company policies, labeling, and standards.
• Collaborate with field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to align needs.
