Job summary

Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama is seeking a board-certified Hematology/Oncology physician to join a Regional Cancer Center providing chemotherapy, radiations services, and hematology/oncology care in one location.

You’ll join a well-established team with inpatient and outpatient duties, 1:3 call, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Generous compensation with a $100,000 signing bonus, malpractice with tail coverage, and PSLF-eligible loan repayment options are offered.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology from an accredited program.
• ABIM Internal Medicine board certification.
• Active Alabama medical license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional Hematology/Oncology service within the Cancer Center.
• Provide outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services.
• Oversee inpatient cancer floors with oncology nurses.
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncology for consultations.
• Engage in quality improvement and adherence to standards.
