Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an Environmental Services Manager - Regional Clinics to join their team in Killeen and Waco, TX area. The role leads a 20+ person EVS team on the 2nd shift, ensuring health and safety standards and client objectives are met across multiple clinic locations.

The position requires 3+ years in healthcare environmental services and up to 2 years in management, plus a Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
Requires a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
Models key leadership behaviors and ensures the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers.

Responsibilities

Owns and accountable for operational management and financial performance of the unit.
Coaches employees and builds a shared understanding of goals and achievement paths.
Identifies and engages top talent and develops team members to their fullest potential.
Leads team management meetings and ensures safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
Establishes and maintains effective client rapport and communicates progress and needs.
Delivers on financial targets and manages labor, supply, and inventory with cost controls.
Creates value through efficient operations and adherence to Aramark's operating standards.
