Job summary

Hampton Behavioral Health Center in New Jersey seeks a proactive Community Liaison to serve the Central Jersey region, cultivating new and existing referral sources to drive patient referrals to the center. You will work with physicians, discharge planners, and insurers to expand partnerships and ensure strong education about hospital programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with Central Jersey healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine marketing materials, website content, collateral, and presentations.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and insurers.
• Conduct market research to track patient demographics and inform marketing activities.
• Travel within Central & Northern Jersey to meet referral sources.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for authorizations of recommended treatment.
• Attend community meetings to maintain facility presence and relationships.
