  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Protection (Health Physics), Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline; or an engineering or science degree with directly applicable experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in radiochemical or radiopharmaceutical manufacturing operations with responsibilities similar to those described above, or applied radiation protection experience in facilities handling curie quantities of unsealed radioactive material.
  • An advanced degree or Certified Health Physicist (CHP) certification may substitute for up to two years of experience.
  • Ability to obtain Certified Health Physicist (CHP) certification within one year, if not already certified.
