Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple regional offices and drive growth. You will lead a team, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure operational excellence while managing budgets and KPIs.

This role requires strong leadership, planning, and collaborative execution across locations. The position involves supervising staff, hiring and training, maintaining safety, and ensuring OSHA/DOT compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Proven experience in a Regional Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily operations of multiple regional offices to meet business objectives and financial goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Supervise and coach staff to achieve goals and build a positive work culture.
  • Interview, hire, train, and motivate staff across regions and departments.
  • Coordinate with HR on discipline, policy adherence, and employee development.
  • Serve as primary liaison between regional offices and corporate headquarters.
