The position offers a salary of $80,000 per year and includes hybrid work with travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics or operations management experience at a managerial level.
• Experience managing remote teams and coordinating across multiple cities.
• Deep knowledge of ground transportation operations and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure transportation services meet customer expectations.
• Support strategic planning and event-time operations.
• Ensure service agreements with 3rd party vendors are in place.
• Manage a network of Field Operations Coordinators and vendor partners across cities.
• Travel regularly to Host Cities for staff training and venue coordination.
