Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Regional Golf Cart Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain golf cart fleets across eight Phoenix-area properties. The role requires frequent travel between courses using a company vehicle to ensure a safe, reliable fleet and timely preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, be self-motivated, and capable of prioritizing repairs across multiple locations while providing excellent customer

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience repairing golf carts, automobiles, utility vehicles or similar mechanical equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing both electric and gas-powered vehicles is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily between eight golf course properties throughout the Phoenix Valley using a company-provided service vehicle.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair mechanical and electrical issues on electric golf carts, beverage carts, utility vehicles, shuttle carts, and ranger vehicles.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, including battery maintenance, charging system diagnostics, brake adjustments, tire repairs, oil changes, and general inspections.
• Maintain organized service schedules, maintenance records, and repair logs for multiple golf cart fleets.
• Coordinate maintenance visits to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime across all locations.
• Perform emergency repairs as needed to keep fleets operational.
• Ensure all carts and utility vehicles are safe, clean, charged or fueled, and operating properly before returning to service.
