Job summary

CCS Fundraising, a leading international strategic fundraising firm, seeks a dedicated professional to lead and manage client projects from inception to conclusion across philanthropic sectors. The role blends rigorous analytical thinking, strategic planning, and clear, compelling communication to develop campaigns, cultivate donors, and drive mission impact.

Travel to client locations across the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent quantitative analytical skills.
• Keen business sense demonstrated in either a professional or academic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donors.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Great storytelling skills and strong public speaking skills.
• Professional demeanor.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to temporarily relocate for regional assignments may be required.
• Must have the ability to travel independently to client locations throughout the assigned region, including outlying sites with limited or no access to public transportation or commercial rideshare services.
