Job summary

CCS Fundraising is a premier nonprofit fundraising consulting firm with a broad client base and a focus on transformational donor engagement. Our team specializes in campaign management, strategy, evaluation, and data analytics across over 700 nonprofits annually.

We seek a dedicated professional who can lead projects from inception to conclusion, apply strategic thinking, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Willingness to relocate regionally and travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent quantitative analytical skills.
• Keen business sense demonstrated in either a professional or academic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donors.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Great storytelling skills and strong public speaking skills.
• Professional demeanor.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to temporarily relocate for regional assignments may be required.
• Must have the ability to travel independently to client locations throughout the assigned region, including outlying sites with limited or no access to public transportation or commercial rideshare services.
